How much does property management cost with My Place?
Management fees vary by property type and how involved you want to be. We'll give you an exact figure as part of your free rental appraisal — before you commit to anything.
Can I switch to My Place if I already have a property manager?
Yes — most of our owners come to us this way. We give notice to your current agent, handle the questions, and schedule the handover. You never have to make the awkward call yourself.
How often will I hear from my property manager?
You'll get a routine inspection report every quarter, a monthly owner statement, and same-day contact for anything that needs a decision from you — a maintenance quote, an arrears issue, or a lease renewal. Nothing sits until the end of the month.
Do you manage rural or acreage properties, not just suburban homes?
Yes. Alongside suburban three- and four-bedroom homes across our nine suburbs, we manage acreage and lifestyle blocks on the Karnup fringe.
Will the same property manager handle my property the whole time?
Yes — that's the point of a licensee-led, management-only team. You deal with the same person, not whoever's rostered on that week.
